FAQ
We do not include any warranty in our pay less price. If you experience any issue after purchasing, we advise to take it to a wig stylist for all care and servicing. (Our get more price, does include a comprehensive warranty.)
Our business model is a “wholesale to the public” model. This means that we have very slim profit margins for our pay less pricing. In order to keep prices low, we do not offer any service post purchase. Instead of a guarantee, we offer low prices so even if some issue arises, you will still pay less overall for the wig than if you had purchased at full retail price.

Yes, some of the companies we order from use a higher quality of hair. In our experience Tsingtao is a cut above (and are therefore more expensive) but we continue to have great experience with quality of all our suppliers. We previously had quality complaints about several of our suppliers so we stopped carrying them. We continuously work to improve our offering based on real customer feedback.

Generally speaking, if you have to ask the question, it is best to have a professional do it for you or show you how. It is not difficult but there are few key principals that, if not followed, could damage your wig permanently.
Absolutely. Just take care as you would with naturally growing hair.
Typically, these are caused by friction with high collars and particularly with materials that are not smooth. Blow drying the hair, applying leave-in conditioner and/or silicon spray can help as well.
